Recruiting Lead (Web3)

EVEDEX is building a global Web3 trading infrastructure — and we’re scaling. We’re looking for a Recruiting Lead with strong Web3 hiring experience and the ability to structure and lead a recruiting function.

What you’ll do:
- Lead all recruitment efforts across departments, from tech to marketing to C-level
- Optimise and track the hiring funnel and candidate journey
- Manage and mentor internal recruiters (including a technical recruiter)
- Work closely with HRBP and leadership to forecast hiring needs
- Maintain high-close rate and talent quality across regions
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in recruiting, including C-level and Web3/crypto
- Experience managing recruiters and reporting systems
- Deep understanding of hiring in global remote teams
- Familiarity with tools like Lever, Ashby, Notion, or similar
- Fluent English, strong communication & stakeholder skills
